We are always looking for new places to eat! The food scene in Delhi NCR is exciting, with new locations opening almost every month. On our way to find something interesting, we came across Barista Diner. Barista has been known for his coffee for many years and all of our coffee connoisseurs will agree with that! But now Barista brings us, Barista Diner! This popular cafe’s cafe is their attempt at entering the culinary world and we were delighted to try out the interesting menu they’ve curated.
We started the meal by trying an appetizer. First, we were served Chicken Bruschetta. This snack is more like creamy chicken toast and less like an Italian bruschetta. So for those who don’t like tomatoes; it is a must for you! Next, we had chicken satay. This appetizer has a generous serving and juicy pieces of chicken are served with a spicy peanut sauce that enhances the marinade. We also tried a healthy dish from the menu: Three-bean Chicken Salad. This is probably one of the best salads I’ve ever had! It’s light, flavorful and delicious.

Moving on to the main course, we enjoyed pizza and pasta. We decided to have two pizza flavors in one cake by making one half Paneer Tikka Pizza and the other half Piri Piri Chicken Pizza. The pizza was quite fresh and juicy, with cheese oozing out on every bite. We also tried the Pink Sauce Pasta, the ideal combination of red and white pasta, and it tasted pretty good!

We ended our meal with more than two desserts! First, we tried the Dark Chocolate Mousse and it tasted delicious! Second, we enjoyed the Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream and delivered the perfect combination of chocolate and vanilla.

We didn’t forget about the coffee! We tried an iced latte, cappuccino and brownie milkshake and the drinks revived the Baristas’ reputation for excellent coffee service.
Overall we had a great experience and we recommend stopping by Barista Diner whenever you are in town!
