BTS’s leader RM, aka Kim Namjoon, is known to fans for his fit physique and incredible devotion to following a healthy routine. The rapper and songwriter is one of the members of the K-pop supergroup, who often share their workout routines on social media (previously, BTS’s maknae Jungkook also shared his boxing videos before deleting them). Today, RM shared a photo of his Wednesday Workout plan – which includes some intense workouts – and motivated us to hit the gym. RM’s Wednesday High Intensity Workout Plan
On Wednesday, RM posted a photo on his Instagram stories there are all the exercises that he has to practice. The workout plan includes Dumbbell Push, Wall Ball, Box Jump, and Hand Pushups. According to RM’s post, he must do 10 reps in one set of each exercise, with 2 minutes rest between the first and last two sets. Each exercise has its own benefits – The hip push helps strengthen and size your glutes, The wall throw increases heart rate and improves cardiovascular health, Box jump helps to train glutes, hamstrings, quads, abs, adductors, and calves, and finally the Handstand Stand increase body awareness and strength in the body.
Earlier, RM delighted fans by releasing a video – RM ‘All Day (with Kim Namjoon)’ – which gives a glimpse of what his day is like. Season 2 of the series features RM working out at the gym and reveals how he plans his pre-workout routine. He said, “I write down my plan first. I have a fitness routine, but before I start, I run on a manual treadmill for 5 minutes and then do the banana tree move about twice against the wall. . Then I warm up my upper body.”
Today, RM also shared photos from his recent museum visit in comfortable winter clothes. The BTS leader is known to share his love of art with ARMY by sharing photos from his various museum visits around the globe.
