Core sectors infrastructure output up 7.5% in October 2021
Infrastructure output in October 2021: Output of the eight core infrastructure sectors increased by 7.5% in October 2021, compared with the corresponding last year, government data showed on Tuesday, Nov. 30. infrastructure saw a 0.5% drop in October 2020 as the COVID-19 Pandemic hit industrial activities across the country.

Infrastructure output grew last month mainly on the back of natural gas, coal, cement and refining products. The natural gas, coal and cement manufacturing sectors increased by 25.8%, 14.6% and 14.5%, respectively.
