DaBaby and Roddy Ricch sued for alleged copyright infringement over their 2020 megahit, Rockstar

“Defends have instigated, caused, or substantially contributed to Plaintiffs’ copyright infringement, including by allowing them to further create, distribute, and perform the infringing song ‘Rockstar’, and under Accordingly, the Respondents shall be held legally responsible for such breach.

The legal action marks the latest high-profile copyright infringement lawsuit involving a superstar artist and marks the second naming of Roddy Ricch in the past week alone.
