Boxing trainer Noah Neiman, 39, shares his day on the plate.
6:30 am I start my day with water, smoothies and coffee. I try to drink at least three liters of water a day.
7:30 am A protein shake with creatine, branched-chain amino acids, l-glutamine and whey.
12:30 pm Salmon with steamed rice and Brussels sprouts.
3 pm I made a spinach salad with sweet potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, avocado, and steamed rice, then drank a second protein smoothie with the same ingredients as before.
6 pm White rice, grass-fed carne asada steak, black beans, sauteed mushrooms and onions. A little later in the evening, I snack on salmon with cauliflower and Japanese sweet potatoes.
