Dunkin’ Worker’s lactose-intolerant customer went out to order oat milk
One woman went viral after she allegedly refused service at a Fla Dunkin’ Donuts store in Orlando because she ordered oat milk. The customer captured this moment on her camera, in which the customer was being sworn in by a Dunkin’ Donut employee for allegedly wanting to change one of her orders. Originally posted by Tik Tok user @soupysoleis, the video shows her verbal exchange with an employee of the coffee chain.
The lactose-intolerant customer claims she ordered two drinks for herself and her sister during a drive when the employee told her she had cleared her order. “Can you please get out of my line? Thank you”, the employee who identified himself as the branch manager told the customer. When asked why, the manager said, “Because I said so. Get out of my line.”

In disbelief, the customer asked, “Why are you turning down my service right now?” The manager replied, “Because I’m the manager, and I said I don’t give you any services. Could you please get off my line? Get off the road, please. my rope right now.”
The customer at the end of the video explained exactly what happened. “I ordered two pumpkin iced milkshakes, and I asked for oat milk at the end of the order and she said, ‘Now I have to redo the whole order.” She added, “I repeated that to her to make sure she got it and she cut me off,” the user wrote.
She further explained, “I WILL INSTALL IT BACK TO YOU” and she did and I said, “yes ma’am, that’s it”
“Me and my sister laughed because I was joking about my lactose intolerance and when we approached the window [the Dunkin’ employee] said, “Because you guys think it’s funny, your service is being denied” and closed the window right in my face. “
The video has gone viral on social media platforms. Earlier, a deaf customer was denied service at Dunkin’ Donuts. Shannon Heroux tearfully accused the coffee chain of turning away because she couldn’t hear.
