Put the cumin seeds in the hot oil in the pan. Add the onion and continue sautéing. Add ketchup, ginger and garlic and continue cooking. Mix some water. Add salt, red pepper, turmeric and garam masala, then cook the mixture for 10 minutes. Now add the omelette pieces and cook. Garnish with coriander and serve!
