The spread recipe is not the same as the original dumpling recipe. The obvious difference is in the shape. Usually, momos are made by stuffing vegetables and pieces of meat into a dough. The dough is sealed in the traditional way using folds and folds. Then, each momo is steamed before garnishing or frying.

In the spread recipe, the momos are not created separately. They also don’t have a traditional shape. Instead, they are made using ice trays. The tray holds the dough sheets while the holes cover the stuffing material. This dish is steamed and served. Momo has the shape of an ice cube tray.

Here is the Full Recipe for Ice Cube Momos:

1. You will need flour, oil, water, vinegar, and salt to make the dough.
2. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then roll into thin sheets.
3. You can use cabbage, carrots, French beans, paneer, peppers, garlic, and butter to make the filling.
4. Put oil in an ice tray and spread a layer of flour.
5. Place your favorite filling, cheese and sauce in the holes of the tray.
6. Cover all of it with another sheet and trim the edges.
7. Keep it aside for a few minutes, and then steam it in a shallow pan.
8. Your Momos are ready to be served.
