Sunset sale fan been waiting for the new spin-off of the show, Sell The OC, to fall for what feels like forever. Return to season 4 finale (season 5 has come and gone), Jason and Brett announced that they are opening a new branch of The Oppenheim Group in Newport Beach, Orange County, and we’ve been waiting ever since.
Obviously, a new office means a whole new group of real estate agents to go head-to-head and possibly sell some million dollar assets in process. Here’s what you need to know about the cast of Sell The OCwho is about to start more TV series on Netflix.

Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose
If you are wondering who can replace Christine Quinn, No need to look no further. Alexandra Jarvis (pictured left) and Alexandra Rose (right) are paired on this list, because like Jason and Brett, they seem to spend most of their time together. But don’t let that dampen their impact in any way, as Alexandras will help you guess if they’re villains or protagonists.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Alexandra Jarvis Business and employment law litigation in Newport Beach. Hailing from Alabama, she also holds degrees in Spanish and International Business. According to her Oppenheim Group profile, she can be seen “with her creating healthy recipes in the kitchen.” [very sauve looking] fiance and take long walks along the peaceful shore” when she is not working. While viewers may find Jarvis a bit of a mystery at the start, she can never be accused of being boring. She is also a friend of Sell Sunset of Chelsea Lazkani.
Jarvis’ partner in crime, Alexandra Rose, bringing in nearly “$100 million in sales in her first 4 years as a real estate agent and a degree in finance and economics”. Originally from Orange County, Rose spent some time in Dallas as a child, and her upbringing soon became an important focus of the family. Sell The OC. Alex Hall
There may be three Alexandras at the Oppenheim Corporation’s Orange County branch, but they couldn’t be more. Lauren is married fellow real estate agent Andrew T. Shortt this early year. When she’s not working, Lauren can be found with her rescue Golden Retriever, Gunner. Gio Helou
Gio Helou was born and raised in Newport Beach, so he’s a lifestyle expert he’s selling. Happy day married to Tiffany Helouwho manages to shake things up in her own appearance on Sell The OC. His mother also appeared on the screen.
Gio came across the new Oppenheim Corporation office while walking with his wife. After meeting Jason on the same day, Gio found himself cast on the show. “We were instantly successful because we were sporting the same Rolex,” he said Everyone. Brandi Marshall
With a background in PR, Brandi Marshall was quickly hired by Jason after moving to Orange County. It’s clear that Brandi is just getting started when it comes to growing her real estate business. She contacted Jason while she was studying to get her real estate license, and quickly landed a role at the brokerage firm, according to People. Tyler Stanaland
Tyler Stanaland no stranger to real estate or entertainment. He is “a fifth generation broker who got his license at the age of 18” (via Tudum) and he is married to Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow. He is also a former professional surfer.
Tyler left the family business to join The Oppenheim Group, but he has no regrets, says People, “I remember the first time I called Jason to talk about the show and it immediately felt more like friends starting a conversation than a boss/employee conversation.” Despite being happily married, Tyler drew a little too much attention from some of the women in the office in season 1.
Kayla Cardona
Kayla Cardonaappeared on Sell The OC It’s pretty dramatic, and in just a few episodes, it’s like she’s on the hook for everyone. Once homeless single teen motherKayla wants to build a successful real estate career to provide for her family. And while not everyone in the office is her biggest fan, viewers will be interested to find out if she can turn the tide.

Sean Palmieri
After starting his real estate career in Miami, Sean Palmieri moved to the West Coast. Crossing paths with other members of The Oppenheim Group in Beverly Hills, Sean eventually met Jason, and the rest is history.
As one of the quieter actors of Sell The OC, viewers will be extremely curious to know who Sean is when the camera is not on. According to his official bio, he is someone who enjoys cooking, exploring Malibu and Laguna Beach, as well as visiting family and friends around the world.
Austin Victoria
Austin Victoria began her career as a model and actress in Los Angeles, before turning to real estate. When the opportunity appears on Sell The OC When he returned, he moved his family to Orange County. He is happy marriageand proud father of two lovely kids.
