Flintshire moves to France
Flintshire (GB) (Dansili {GB}), a five-time Group 1 global winner, moved to Haras de Montaigu in France in 2022 after standing seven seasons at Hill ‘n’ Dale Farms in Kentucky. He will stand for 6,500 €.
Race like a hybrid at Juddmonte Farms, Flintshire spent most of his racing career in France with Andre Fabre, with whom he won the G1 Grand Prix de Paris, the G1 Hong Kong Vase and the GI Sword Dancer S., and also earned a spot at the Crowning Cup. G1 (twice), G1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (twice), GI Breeders’ Cup Turf, G1 Dubai Sheema Classic, G1 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud and another version of the Hong Kong Vase. Switch to coach Chad Brown for the 6 year old campaign, Flintshire won the GI Manhattan S. and another Sword Dancer innovation and placed second in the GI Joe Hirsch Turf Classic S. and another Breeders’ Cup Turf.
Flintshire’s best runner to date comes in France, Cheshire Academy G3 Prix Noailles winner. He is also the son of the winner of the New York list and has been ranked multiple times in Runaway Rumors.
