Foreigners make up the authentic Rajasthani Mirchi Vada; Stun the Internet with your skills
Indian cuisine is very diverse. A dish that requires a wide range of ingredients, spices and cooking techniques. It is very difficult to achieve the desired taste for many people. But for those who cook often, following a recipe won’t be a problem. While we are all used to Indian cooking, we might not have anticipated that a foreigner would prepare Indian food correctly. However, many Indian food lovers are breaking such stereotypes. One such Instagram chef who has created all sorts of Indian recipes is Jake Dryan (@plantfuture). Jake Dryan’s Instagram is filled with pictures of him experimenting and cooking Indian food. Recently, he made Rajasthani mirchi vadas which looked delicious, which went viral online.

Jake Dryan posted a short video on Instagram where she shows him how to make this popular Rajasthani snack. At the beginning of the video, he boils potatoes and smashes them. Then he adds condiments like red chili powder, turmeric, pepper, and more. Then he cut the thick green peppers and put them in the potato mixture. Finally, he makes a custom batter for frying and dips mirchi balls in it to cook. Once his vada mirchi is ready, she serves it with green chutneys and enjoys them! Watch the full video here:
