  3. Now, add 1/2 cup of shredded coconut along with the salt and mix well.
  4. Once done, add 2-3 cups of boiling water, and keep the flame to medium. Continue stirring and make sure there are no lumps.
  5. After a while, apply the oil to your hands, take a small portion from the mixture and form it into small balls. Make a small hole in the center of the ball using your thumb.
  6. Steam the pundis for 10-15 minutes and they are ready to enjoy!
