To get started with this recipe, all you need to do is boil the rice noodles in water until cooked through. You can use any type of noodles available. We are using rice noodles to give this recipe a healthier way.
Heat oil in a pan, saute minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Stir-fry for a minute then add all the vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, bell peppers, cabbage, onions) along with the shredded boneless chicken pieces. Give it a stir.
Then add soy sauce, vinegar, green chili sauce, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
When the mixture is ready, add the boiled noodles and mix well. If you like spicy, you can add black bean sauce or schezwan sauce.
