If you’re like me, you’re paste into your screen every night when Happiness is on. There’s so much to break down in each episode, from dramas to fashion and more recently to beauty tips. We all know that the cast is beautified by makeup artists and hair stylists prior to filming, but in the show itself, we saw Sydney Sweeney’s Cassie Howard’s character wakes up at 4 a.m. to begin a multi-step self-care routine.
I don’t wake up at 4 a.m., but as she does the steps, I keep noticing products I already have and some other products I really want to try (like these heatless hair curler). I don’t think it’s necessary to wake up at 4 a.m. just to get ready for school or work, but I do like to take care of myself when I can (especially when I’m working from home). While waiting to make my coffee, I use an ice roller on my face. While I sip that coffee, I have eye patch above. Before I start a Zoom meeting, I can curl my hair in those heat-free curlers. It’s very easy to fit into these, multi-task and still hit your top goals for the day.
Whether you want to wake up early to do that Cassie-inspired beauty routine from start to finish, or if you want to take my method and fit it into your existing schedule, I have to say. Happiness the team sure knows what to expect when putting together a beauty regimen. These are affordable products that I have found to be amazingly effective.
