To prepare this recipe, start with the green mix, which is made by grinding all the green ingredients (coriander leaves, mint leaves, green peppers) together. Meanwhile, season the chicken with salt, biryani masala, paprika, and fried onions. Then add half of the mixed green masala and let it sit for at least 2 hours.
Now, heat the buttermilk in a pan, add the chicken pieces and cook until brown. Once browned, add the rest of the green ground masala, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
