Influencer Andrew Tate detained on suspicion of human trafficking
The news comes a day after Andrew, 36, responded on Twitter to a message from the climate activist Greta Thunberg. Reply to Andrew tweet that he has 33 cars with “huge emissions”, Greta request him to “enlighten me” about their pollution and “email me at the address smalldickenergy@getalife.com.”
On December 28, Andrew tweeted filmed a video of him wearing a cape while smoking a cigar, at one point he asked someone offscreen: “Bring me the pizza, please and make sure these boxes don’t get recycled regime.” He added that his exchange with Greta would make his Twitter account—which has 3.5 million followers—”much happier in eternity.”
Greta appears to have reacted to the detention news by tweeting, “This is what happens when you don’t recycle your pizza box.” However, Bolla later quashed speculation that an address on the pizza box led to Andrew’s detention, telling the Associated Press the idea was “funny but not.”
