Curated with the finest US ducks combined with USAPEEC (American Poultry and Egg Export Council) and the freshest herbs and ingredients, the menu delves into the flavors of Thailand. , Vietnam, Malaysia, Kerala and Sri Lanka.
Each recipe explores the subtler nuances of regional flavors to deliver only exquisite dishes at the restaurant, from December 3 to 17, 2021.
