Jenni Pfaff elevated to EVP, Strategy, Integration, and Operations, at Warner Chappell Music
Music by Warner Chappell (WCM), the publishing agency of Warner Music Grouphas promoted Jenni Pfaff to Executive Vice President, Strategy, Integration and Operations.
In his new position, Pfaff will report directly to WCM co-chairman, the young man arguedis also the Chief Executive Officer and Carianne MarshallCOO, WCM announced on Wednesday (April 10).
Pfaff's role will be diverse, including overseeing the company's global strategy and leading the company's annual goal-setting efforts. An important part of her responsibilities will be to lead the newly formed WCM. Smart business the division was created to enhance data-driven decision-making to better support the company's musicians.
Additionally, Pfaff will continue to work with WMG's Technology department and senior leadership to further mature the company's technology portfolio. WCM said the initiative is aimed at developing more user-friendly systems.

Since joining WCM in March 2019, Pfaff has risen through the ranks, moving from his initial role leading People Strategy to overseeing global business strategy as head WCM. Senior Vice President and Director of Global Strategic Integration and Operations. The company said her work helped optimize WCM's organizational structure and leverage data analytics, technology and automation to improve global efficiency.
WCM adds that her background in business psychology also helps her contribute to the company's cultural and operational priorities, including the launch of WCM's Vision and Values.

Before working at WCM, Pfaff founded pfaff personnel and hold positions at organizations such as PwC, Activate BlizzardAnd Northrop Grumman. Pfaff's influence in the music industry was recognized in 2022 when she was featured in Billboard's 'Top Women Executives in Music' list.

Pfaff's promotion marks the latest executive move at WCM after the company appoint Lisa Ly as CEO of WCM China and Mar Ma as Director, A&R, last month.
In February, Lina Tebbs used to be to name of WCM UK Music Production Director, and in January, Lázaro Hernández used to be promote to SVP, A&R, Latin America and Latin America, while Natascha Augustine used to be High for CEO of Warner Chappell Music Germany.
