Kaitlyn Bristowe Explains Why She Won’t Host The Bachelorette

The 36-year-old star confirms she won’t be returning to host ABC’s upcoming season 19 dating show on her podcast Off The Vine. Last week, Bachelor host Jesse Palmer told viewers on After the last rose that he will be back to help potential clients Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia find love.
“I saw at the end of the finale, Jesse announced two Bachelorettes, and he said he’d be by their side for that,” Kaitlyn explained on March 22. “So I guess warning. spoiler, I’m not going back.”
While Kaitlyn admits she gets a little FOMO when she’s not retreating, she realizes she’s had a “wild year” and could use some of the time to focus on other things, such as the crowd. her upcoming wedding Jason Tartick.
“I wanted to support Gabby and Rachel and be there because they were awful,” she said. “I think it makes sense to have a woman there for them. But I also want to make it a priority to stay home with Jason and start planning my wedding and starting my own business.”
