Launch of T21 . Ball Series and Auction
The T21 Auction & Ball series, with support from the Down Syndrome Center, was launched at the Punchestown Winter Festival on Sunday, November 20, Colbinstown Stud owners John and Sophie Barrett have son Seve has been diagnosed with Down Syndrome, in partnership with Kerry Ryan of Kerry Ryan Event Management, is targeting raising money for the Down Syndrome Center through relevant online auctions, including items Donations from members both inside and outside the blood collection industry. It is currently active until midnight on December 10th and can be accessed here. The opening T21 ball and live auction will also take place at the Alex Hotel in Dublin on the evening of December 10.
“We wanted to focus on the Down Syndrome Center, an invaluable center for families with children and children with Down Syndrome, providing services that are hard to reach elsewhere, and being a place to support, advise and make friends,” the three said in a joint statement. “The birth of Seve opened up a whole new world for us and we wanted to do our little bit to help this wonderful charity.”
