Looking for a healthy, guilt-free snack recipe? Try this rich dark chocolate granola
A combination of grains, fruits and nuts – that’s what granola is all about. If you want to make it at home, it’s very simple and can be done for a fraction of the price of store-bought versions. Also, you can add anything you want to it. If you don’t like raisins, throw them out. Add generous amounts of macadamia nuts if they are your pleasure. Granola can liven up your day and provide plenty of nutrients to fuel you through it, whether it’s between Zoom calls or just to satisfy a mid-day craving.

To make sautéing granola at home even easier, fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shared the recipe for rich dark chocolate granola on Instagram. She calls it one of her favorite granola recipes.
Here’s what you need to make Yasmin Karachiwala’s rich dark chocolate granola:
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/3 cup 100% cocoa powder
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
Here’s how to do it:
– Put oats, mixed strawberries, cocoa powder, sunflower seeds, pecans, cinnamon, Himayalan salt in the baking tray and mix well.
– Then add maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla.
– Mix all dry and wet ingredients well.
– Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
And your granola is ready to eat!
