Chef Britney Wang from LA shared a video on her Instagram page ‘@chefbaobae’ about how you can wrap these dumplings in 8 different ways. First, chef Britney prepares a regular dough with the help of all-purpose flour and a little water. After kneading into a soft ball, she let it rest for a while before cutting it into small pieces. She then rolls the little balls of dough into thin sheets, which she can feel the pressure of while rolling the dough to make the dumpling crust as thin as possible. She starts from the classic momo dances we often see on the street and moves on to other ways you can copy for your next momo night at home.
