Nutritionist Lovneet shares soup recipes that will improve hormone function

Let’s first talk about the health benefits of replacing taste buds. Lovneet says that a bowl of this soup will keep energy levels high, respond to hunger hormones, improve hormone function and optimize the body’s metabolic rate.
Lovneet adds: “Super easy to make, full of flavor and filling for one meal. Get a pot of this nutritious soup to add flavor to your eating habits. Here is the formula:
– Pour some coconut oil into a large saucepan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the tofu. Leave it undisturbed as much as possible and stir only after a few minutes. Cook until lightly golden and crispy on all sides.
– Put oil, garlic and ginger in a large pot over high heat. Let cook for 2 minutes.
– Add chopped vegetables and red curry sauce. Cook for one more minute.
– Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, salt to taste. Cover partially and let simmer for 5 minutes.
– Finally, add the noodles and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
– Add tofu and garnish you want. Serve.
