Parineeti Chopra shares home remedies for healthy digestion
In the post-pandemic era, health has become our top and most important priority. Immunity is one of the top concerns and the key to boosting immunity is maintaining a healthy gut. From probiotic foods to probiotic drinks, there are ways to keep the gut healthy and thus build immunity as well. Actress Parineeti Chopra also started using food and drink to maintain good health. “Better gut health starts here,” she wrote in the Instagram story. In the picture, we can see a small cup of water with a golden brown color. Parineeti Chopra is likely to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Chopra reveals a healthy concoction made with several spices like jeera (fennel), saunf (fennel), ajwain (carom) and ginger.
For those who aren’t inverted, these Indian spices can really work wonders for digestion. Jeera or cumin helps speed up digestion and fight intestinal problems. Dill or Saunf is also recommended by experts for digestive ailments. Ajwain or Carom seeds is a well-known remedy for instant indigestion relief. Meanwhile, ginger is one of the most popular ingredients to promote good immunity.

Her upcoming projects include ‘Animal’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor. The film, directed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy, is scheduled for release in October 2022.
