Fasig-Tipton’s upcoming August Digital Selective Sale will include a partial sale of Terry Lovingier’s Lovacres Farm. Lovacres products include 31 promising stallions or crosses and seven race-age horses. This group includes prospective 4 year old hens Fi Fi Pharoah (American pharoah), who won last year’s Melair S., and the chubby 2-year-old EZ Pharis (American pharoah), who finished third in the Fasig-Tipton Debutante S. June 18 after his debut win at Santa Anita on April 30.
Lovingier, who has bred or owns nine California hybrid champions, lobbied both last year’s champion, 2-year-old Finneus of California hybrid (Stay Thirsty) and 2-year-old female At the Spa (Stay Thirsty).Machining), is a partner.
Lovacres currently has seven stallions, including Stay Thirsty, California’s top stallion in 2018, 2019 and 2021. Also the state’s current top stallion in 2022, Stay Thirsty is shown as a stallion. Stalls of some mares were offered as part of the Lovacres reduction.
“I love horse racing,” Lovingier said. “I’m not going anywhere, but with the success of Stay Thirsty, I just need to make room for more mares outside on the farm. These cuts are necessary to expand boarding and breeding opportunities for Lovacres customers. “

Fasig-Tipton’s August Digital Selective Sale opens Thursday and ends next Tuesday. In addition to Lovacres products, an additional 27 stallion and race-age horse breed entries will now be offered in the catalog.
