What is a healthy nap?

However, Dr Khanna says this is beneficial for people who are tired after a long work and need a break. It’s not easy to take a nap, and many times people see naps as naps that could instead be a sign of an underlying sleep disorder. The hallmark of a healthy nap is that a person will wake up refreshed and not groggy.
When a nap is not healthy
