Italian fashion label Prada has provided vest-like sheer dresses and jackets that will adorn women’s wardrobes this coming winter. Milan Fashion show on Thursday, presenting a collection that its designers describe as examining “the history of women”.

Designers Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons say they’ve continued the look-alike theme from previous collections for the fall-winter 2022 line, called “An Ideology of Prada”.
These include a white vest worn with a two-tone skirt and a see-through skirt. The ready-to-wear jackets have wide shoulders while the jackets have a round neckline. Some jackets have chains around the neck or feathers on the sleeves.
“This collection is about the history of women, the history of man, not the history of fashion,” said Miuccia Prada during the presentation.
The models also wore matching jackets and skirts in dark gray and black, long bomber jackets and belts decorated with glittery flowers, and printed jackets paired with polo collars.
Simons said: “Historical evaluation includes our assessment of Prada’s history – I think of the revolutionary moments in Prada’s history, and we repeat them here.
“There is never direct entertainment, but there is a reflection of something you know, a language of Prada. And those moments helped define our idea of beauty today, which we’re redefining. ”
