Resurrection of Matrix Leaked on Torrent Sites, Piracy Network Before Release in Cinemas, on HBO Max
The Matrix Resurrections – the fourth Matrix movie out on Wednesday in India and on HBO Max – has been leaked on torrent sites and other networks that allow for piracy, with versions varying in terms of file size and quality (from 847 MB to 2.52 GB). While most copies are believed to be genuine, with attached screenshots and user comments attesting to their legitimacy, some copies are fraudulent and exist only as a trap to download viruses and malware onto the computers of unsuspecting individuals. But even with those genuine cases, the illegal copies of The Matrix Resurrections are very poor quality and filled with ads. Gadgets 360 does not tolerate illegal file sharing. It’s against the law and filmmakers deserve to be paid for the content they create.
The first legally leaked version of Matrix Recovery appeared on multiple torrent sites on Sunday, December 19, a few days after its release in Russia, Japan, Thailand, and four other markets. They all carry the “CAM” label, indicating that they were shot with a cinema camera. The Recovery Matrix will be released Wednesday in India, the United States and other parts of the world. It will also be available on HBO Max United States. According to publicly available comments and screenshots, an illegal copy of The Matrix Resurrections has a persistent advertising watermark for an online betting and gambling site. They have been digitally inserted into the film. No hard-coded subtitles like we have seen with other people major Hollywood releases was leaked.
Thankfully for Warner Bros. and Matrix Recovery cast and crew, illegal camera quality Matrix 4 rips is downright terrible. According to publicly available screenshots, Gadgets 360 may indicate that they have serious sharpness, detail, contrast, cropping, and/or color issues. Faces lack detail and some scenes are so blurred that it’s hard to see anything clearly. We will not post any screenshots to avoid spoiling any part of the movie. Gadgets 360 was unable to verify the sound quality, although user reviews suggested that the sound was bouncy, muffled, and hard to hear. Matrix Resurrections’ full movie leak only reinforces the fact that you should watch the movie when it’s officially available in the cinemas (or digital) where you live.
Co-written and directed by Matrix veteran Lana Wachowski, The Matrix Resurrections stars Thomas Anderson/Neo and Carrie-Anne Moss as Tiffany/Trinity, both of whom are still alive despite being killed in the movie. Analyst, Priyanka Chopra Jonas as exile show Sati, Jada Pinkett Smith as Niobe general, Lambert Wilson as information dealer The Merovingian, and Daniel Bernhardt as Agent Johnson. There are roles for Eréndira Ibarra, Max Riemelt, Brian J. Smith, Toby Onwumere, Christina Ricci, Telma Hopkins, Ellen Hollman and Andrew Caldwell.
