Sara Tendulkar, daughter of Sachin Tendulkar, is a real foodie! Living in London, she’s always had some sort of guilty indulgence. With more than 2.3 million followers on Instagram, we often see her looking good and living her best life in London. However, life is not always fun and food for Sara Tendulkar! She recently shared on her Instagram story what an ordinary day in her life looks like, and it turned out not to be as glamorous as on the social network. Watch:
Sharing about life’s daily struggles, Sara Tendulkar eloquently asked her followers, “Have I become a meal-prepared person?! Is it possible.” When we live alone, without family, we don’t have a luxurious breakfast that is ready as soon as we wake up. We had to make all our own food. The easiest way to prepare food is to prepare meals! Meal prep is a cooking concept in which individuals plan meals for the week or ten days ahead of time and store them in their refrigerators. Looks like Sara Tendulkar is following this. Her latest healthy breakfast includes walnuts, raspberries, blueberries, and yogurt, which she seems to have prepared in advance.
