Terry Bradshaw shares his own battle with skin and bladder cancer
Terry Bradshaw publicly announced his health situation after raising concerns.
While co-hosting Fox NFL Sunday On October 2, the Hall of Fam quarterback revealed that he has battled two forms cancer and is now cancer free.
“Last week on this show, I was out of breath and [co-star] Howie [Long] got me up and a lot of people are asking what’s wrong with me”, the star of the series E! Bradshaw Bunch speak. “I just wanted to work it out and tell you what happened in my life.”
The 74-year-old continued, “In November, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I went to Yale University Medical Center [for] surgery and treatment. As of today, I do not have bladder cancer. Okay, that’s good news. Then in March, feel good. I had neck pain, I went for an MRI and there was a lump in my left neck and it was a Merkel cell tumor, a rare form of skin cancer. “
Bradshaw said he had it surgically removed at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
