The final odds for the NHL Draft Lottery have been confirmed
The San Jose Sharks will have the best odds of winning the NHL Draft Lottery and have the right to select projected No. 1 overall pick Macklin Celebrini.
The Calgary Flames' season finale on Thursday determined the odds for the Draft Lottery – the team with the worst record has the best chance of winning.
The Sharks, thanks to their last-place finish, will receive the best odds in the lottery, which takes place on May 6 or 7, depending on the playoff schedule.
All 16 non-playoff teams participate in the Draft Lottery, but a team can move up a maximum of 10 spots – meaning the bottom 11 teams are the only teams with a shot at the No. 1 pick.
The NHL Draft takes place June 28-29 in Las Vegas.
Below are the odds for the teams to get the highest picks.
San Jose Sharks (25.5%)
Chicago Blackhawks (13.5%)
Anaheim Ducks (11.5%)
Columbus Blue Jackets (9.5%)
Canadians in Montreal (8.5%)

Ottawa Senators (6.5%)
Seattle Kraken (6.0%)
Calgary Flames (5.0%)
