The Tennessee Titans put the AJ Brown wide receiver on the wounded reserve
NS Tennessee Titans set wide receiver AJ Brown The substitute was injured on Saturday before their game against New England Patriots.
Brown injured his chest, ribs and hand in the 22-13 loss last week Houston Texas. He played 40 attacks and finished with five tackles from 48 yards on nine goals.
Brown posted on social media after the news hit IR.
Brown will now launch in the next three weeks. The earliest that Brown will be able to return is when Tennessee is faced with San Francisco 49ers on December 23 on Thursday night football.
In 10 games, Brown had 46 contacts for 615 yards and three touchdowns. He also missed Tennessee’s Week 4 loss first New York Jets because of a knee injury.
The Titans veteran free agent receiver signed Golden Tate to their training team last Tuesday. But they didn’t put him on the active list after he trained with the team on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Titans will probably switch to rookies Dez Fitzpatrick to start in place of Brown. Tennessee used COVID altitude as a receiver Cody Hollister available to them on Sunday against the Patriots.
Hollister joins Fitzpatrick, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chester Rogers as wide receivers will be available to the midfield division Ryan Tannehill on Sunday.
