The Xbox Series X is $349.99, 30% off its normal cost
Microsoft decided to wait until a week after Black Friday to launch its incredible deal on the Xbox Series X. At Amazon and Walmart, the console costs $349.99, the same price as the newer black Series S with 1 TB of storage, and even the same cost as the Nintendo Switch OLED. With this new price, you can get the Series X and a 1 TB expansion card for the same amount as this console previously sold for.
This $349.99 price happening at multiple retailers is the most affordable that the Series X has sold for, and I highly doubt that it’ll drop any more before the holidays arrive. Heck, even the console bundle at Walmart that includes Diablo 4 for free is $349.99. Microsoft hasn’t shared when this deal will expire.
While Microsoft hasn’t confirmed anything about the massive leak that seemed to spoil the purported details of its disc-free Xbox Series X refresh, it’s possible that — much like Sony has recently done with its out-going PS5 model — this particular Series X model is getting priced to move, making room for a new model on shelves.
I know there will be at least some of you who may be thinking, “I just got a Series X during Black Friday. Am I screwed?” Both Amazon and Walmart don’t seem to match pricing retroactively, but you can try to make a case for yourself with customer service. Just be nice about it.
