Third Woman Files Lawsuit Against Trey Songz, Alleges ‘Brutal’ Rape That Landed Her in California Hospital

Trey Songz was charged with rape in a new lawsuit, making her the third woman to file sexual assault allegations against the R&B singer in recent months, according to court documents obtained by The Daily Beast Okay.

Plaintiff Jane Doe. Plaintiff Jane Doe screams in pain and pleads with defendant Trey . Song [sic] stop. Plaintiff Jane Doe attempted to fight Defendant Trey Songz but was overwhelmed by Defendant Trey Songz. Someone entered the room during the rape, and Plaintiff Jane Doe hopes the brutal anal rape may come to an end. The individual quickly exited the room and the anal rape continued.”
After the alleged assault, the woman said in her suit she called an Uber “to escape the further assault and go home,” but the driver noticed that she was inside. condition was “very distressing and redirected Plaintiff Jane Doe to the nearest hospital.”
The Daily Beast has reached out to Los Angeles police to ask if they will open an alleged assault case. Trey Songz’s team did not immediately respond to The Daily Beast’s request for comment but, in a declared to TMZThey deny the allegations and claim the attorney who drafted the lawsuit is “credibly accused of attempting to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey.”
The woman is represented by George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell, the same attorney representing the former college basketball player Dylan Gonzalez, who in January accused Songz of raping her in a Las Vegas hotel room about nine years ago. Mitchell also brought a civil lawsuit against Songz in Miami on behalf of Jauhara Jeffrieswho testified that Songz sexually assaulted her at a club on New Year’s Eve 2018.
“Victims are moving forward every day. Just know you’re not alone, and this behavior is unacceptable. George Vrabeck and I will not be deterred by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue to pursue Justice for Trey Songz sexual assault victims,” the attorneys said in a statement to the court. Both do not represent the unnamed woman who went to Las Vegas police in late November, alleging that she was sexually assaulted by the 37-year-old after meeting him at the Drai nightclub in Los Angeles. With the threat of legal action even looming, it looks like the walls could finally close for Songz, who for years has been trying to avoid any serious reputational or backlash damage. He faced criminal charges in Detroit in 2016 for an alleged violent melee, where he allegedly punched a police sergeant in the head and injured a cameraman when he threw the microphone off the stage during a performance. Some women have also come forward to denounce Songz for physical violence. In recent years, Songz has turned his attention to club appearances, crisscrossing the country performing at various venues and at nightclubs in Las Vegas.
But the recent police investigation into Songz appears to have led Gonzalez, 27, to come forward on New Year’s Eve, saying she couldn’t go into the new year with a weight on her chest. “Trey Songz is a rapist,” she wrote in a tweet, without giving further details.

After leaving the club, Jeffries claimed that Songz and someone in his security details threw her out of their car and onto the street, injuring her.
Jeffries, in his 20s, initially sued Songz under the pseudonym Jane Doe but later decided to adopt his real name, Mitchell said. “She didn’t want to hide behind Jane Doe, she didn’t want to be ashamed of what happened to her,” Mitchell said.
