US commandos conducted high-altitude airborne training exercise in Arctic
Naval Task Force members conducted a high-altitude air training exercise over the Arctic, during Exercise Arctic Edge 2022.
Special operations forces from the Army, Navy, and Air Force worked with the U.S. Coast Guard, international partners, local and state police, interagency, and Alaska Natives. to perform extreme weather training, expand survival skills, and test Arctic equipment during the Arctic Edge exercise.
Arctic Edge is a biennial defense exercise by the United States Northern Command designed to demonstrate and demonstrate its ability to rapidly deploy and operate in the Arctic.

The SEALs, the elite special forces operators, performed a number of Military Fre Fall jumps, including an opening jump at an unprecedented height, down Deadhorse, Alaska, on the northern coast of Alaska.
