Veg Thukpa Soup Recipe: How To Make Veg Thukpa Soup
To start with the recipe, heat oil in a pan and add minced onion and garlic. When the onions turn clear, add the other chopped vegetables like beans, carrots, cabbage and scallions along with the salt. Mix everything well.
Now, add seasonings like garam masala, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and mix well again.
