The Bad Batch: Part 2

Star Wars: Ahsoka

Star Wars: The Skeleton Crew
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew is an upcoming new live-action TV series – and mystery – starring Jude Law. published by Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau at Star Wars Celebration 2022, it seems the closest analogy to the show is calling it the Stranger Things of the Star Wars universe. Seriously, not much is known about the show yet, only that it’s an Amblin-style coming-of-age story about a group of kids lost in space around the time of The Mandalorian, and it was originally codenamed “Rodeo Grammar,” it’s a pretty excellent Simpsons reference at least. Creator Jon Watts (Spider-Man director Tom Holland) revealed only the following: “It’s a story about their journey trying to find their way home. It stars four kids, but This is not a show for children.” Star Wars: Goonies, uh, Skeleton Crew will be released sometime in 2023 on Disney+.
Looking To The Future Star Wars After 2023
Andor: Part 2
After completing what many of us call one of the best things in the Star Wars universe, Andor Season 2 is definitely something we’re eager to see. Season 1 gave us not only Cassian Andor’s path to the Rebel Alliance, but also the Alliance’s path to becoming a necessity for those against the Empire through the story of characters like Mon Mothma. and Luther Rael. While Season 1 follows the process a year, five years before Rogue One, Season 2 is expected to be much more detailed and introduce the beloved powerful droid K2-SO. Given the critical and audience ratings for Andor Season 1, we can’t wait for more Tony Gilroy’s slow-paced Star Wars storytelling. Andor Season 2 doesn’t have a release date yet, but it’s likely to arrive in 2024 on Disney+ at the earliest.
Star Wars: Acolyte
We now have the plot details of Star Wars: Acolyte, the first Sith entry from Star Wars. With a plan to infiltrate the Sith Jedi at the end of the High Republic, this mystery thriller promises to show the rise of the Dark Side of the Force as a former padawan reunites with his master. His Jedi to investigate something that, we’re guessing here, will be heavily Sith-bound and quite grim and monstrous than anything the Jedi have faced at this point. Offering a cast of assassins like Amandla Stenberg, Dafne Keen, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Manny Jacinto among others, here’s a Star Wars story you want to make sure you don’t miss. There are no details yet on when The Acolyte will release, but it looks like it will be eight episodes long and on Disney+ of course.
