How to Make Moong Chilka Vada | Easy Dal Vada Recipe:
To make this dish, first, soak the moong dal overnight. In the morning, drain the water and mix it until it has a thick consistency. Next, place in a bowl and sprinkle with minced onion, curry leaves, garlic ginger, red pepper, pepper and salt to taste. Mix it all. Now add besan to this and combine. Make sure the consistency of this mixture is coarse and not runny. Once it is formed, make a circle or give it the shape of a vada. Then fry them until crispy. Remove to a plate and enjoy these vadas with tea!
