How to make Masala Moong Dal Poori
Grind the soaked moong dal together with ginger, garlic, green chili, cumin seeds, cumin seeds and pepper into a puree. Add a little water while grinding.
Pour the paste into a bowl and add hing, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, crushed carrom seeds, salt and crushed kasuri methi. Stir this mixture well.
Add sooji, oil and flour and knead a strong dough. Roll the dough and deep fry in pooris oil. Masala moong dal poori is ready!
