“I’m speechless”: Swiggy customer after receiving the cake ordered online
One has said he was “speechless” after Swiggy misled his instructions for a cake he ordered from a bakery in Nagpur. The man tweeted that he asked the online food delivery service to mention whether the cake contained eggs. However, instead of mentioning it in the line item, someone wrote, “contains eggs”, on the cake itself. While the mischief is harmless and won’t affect the taste of the cake, the issue has led to a burst of laughter on social media. In addition, Swiggy responded to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of its customers.
“So I ordered a cake from a famous bakery in Nagpur, through Swiggy. In the order details I mentioned ‘Please mention if the cake contains eggs’. I was speechless after receiving the order,” said the customer.
He also shared an image of the cake with the tweet, which is truly amusing.
