IPL 2022, MI vs RR: Mumbai Indians descend on Rajasthan Royals to register first win of the season

The Mumbai Indians finally opened their accounts during the ongoing season Indian Premier League with one five wicket win over Rajasthan Royals on Saturday. Picking into the field, MI capped the RR at 158 for six, even though Jos Buttler had a good 67 ball at the top. The second-highest scorer for the RR was Ravichandran Ashwin (21 of 9 balls), who guest-starred to surpass RR’s 150-run milestone. In response, MI chased the target in 19.2 passes with Suryakumar Yadav (51 of 39 balls) emerging as the top scorer.
Yadav in the company of Tilak Varma (35 years old) added 81 people to keep MI on the hunt, before Tim David (20 years old) finished the job.
For MI, Riley Meredith (2/24) accounted for two goals, while first spinner Kumar Kartkeya impressed with one for him with 19 points in four passes and Daniel Sams (1/32) won a goal.

Hrithik Shokeen also lost two but he ran too much, while the speed spike Jasosystem Bumrah (0/27) also appeared on the 11m dot.
