Manchester United are those who love to sign Chelsea front Timo Werner front Barcelona, as was reported by El Nacional.
NS Germany The international has not had his best time at an individual level since joining Chelsea in 2020 and scoring a Premier League goal this term.
Though, Blaugrana have been linked with the 25-year-old after attempting to sign him while he was still at RB Leipzig.
The plan is to turn him over in January – with Chelsea willing to negotiate after that – and an initial loan with the option to make the deal permanent for around €40m is considered an option.
However, Ralf Rangnick’s arrival at Old Trafford saw the Reds enter the conversation, as he hopes to reunite with Werner who worked with him at Leipzig.
This doesn’t change things in Roman Abramovich’s mind, as the Chelsea owner would rather Werner join Barcelona than strengthen a Premier League competitor.
Werner wants to team up with Rangnick again and a move to Manchester, even with more competition, is likely to make it harder for him to get the minutes he wants.

NS Blaugrana personally contacted the Germany international and sent him a written offer, but this is a worse offer than the one from the Bundesliga outfit. Reports say the signs are more in favor of BVB.
– AC Milan looking to take action in January behind defender Simon KjaerSeason-end knee surgery, with Ekrem Konur suggested that they want to bring in Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger, Bayern Munich‘NS Niklas Sule or Internazionale‘NS Marcelo Brozovic – all have contracts expiring in the summer. Diario Sport added by Barcelona Samuel Umtiti to the list, with the Frenchman struggling for game time.
– National Federation Wrexham are making an ambitious attempt to sign the former Premier League midfielder Jack Wilshere, based on Football Insider. Club owned by actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney currently sit in seventh and will try to sign a free agent in an attempt to improve that position.
