Milind Soman Calls Traditional “World’s Healthiest” Food, Enjoying This Gujarati Thali
Milind Soman has always inspired people to follow healthy eating practices. The actor likes to bring variety to the table. And, according to his latest Instagram post, Milind is a big fan of “traditional Indian food from all over the country”. The actor also mentioned that such traditional foods are “the healthiest in the world.” The fitness enthusiast shared a snap with his wife Ankita Konwar from their Gujarat trip. In the photo, the two are holding delicious traditional thalis from the Saurashtra region in the state. The discs look nice. In her caption, Milind writes, “I have never been on a diet, never been restricted when it comes to food. I limit refined, processed and packaged products as much as possible. Healthy body and healthy mind make all natural, simple, home cooked, healthy food. ”

Apart from this traditional thali from Saurashtra, Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar tried many other delicious dishes while on holiday in Gujarat. He was enjoying some steamed rice and fine dal water poured over it. Have a simple vegetable mix and rotis keep aside on his plate.
