Paneer Chowmein: This weekend, treat yourself to this delicious Indo-Chinese recipe
The weekend has begun, and it’s time to indulge in all your favorite treats! Be it the classic Indian gravy or the famous chaat pakoris, the weekend invites you to enjoy as many dishes as you like. However, if you want something different, how about making some Indo-Chinese?! We have all been enjoying the classic taste of Indochina since the very beginning. We really enjoy the taste of that sauce mixed in crispy vegetables. However, if you’re not in the mood to make a mess in the kitchen, we suggest you keep things simple and make some delicious paneer chowmein!

Chowmein is our own version of Asian Hakka noodles. Paneer chowmein is rich, spicy, and incredibly flavorful, and it has a fan base of its own. So much so that this street-style chowmein can now be found in some corners of our country. However, that is not all. Many of us also prepare it at home. But, honestly, getting the exact chowmein texture isn’t as simple as it looks. In fact, most of us overcook our dishes, resulting in a soggy mess. Paneer Chowmein Recipe: Here’s How to Make Paneer Chowmein
Take water in a pan, add salt, olive oil and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook. Once done, drain immediately and cool under running water.

Now, heat some oil in a heavy bottom pan and sauté the garlic, garlic ginger powder and onion over high heat until the onions are golden brown. Now add the frame and let it be slightly brown. Add the celery and mushrooms, followed by the red and green bell peppers along with the carrots. Stirred. Now add salt, black pepper powder, ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar to the vegetable mixture. Add in the noodles and stir until it is evenly mixed. Garnish with green onions and serve!
