Russian negotiator accuses Kyiv of ‘turning away’ from agreements
Kyiv:
A Russian lawmaker involved in negotiations with Ukraine said the negotiations were difficult and accused representatives from Kyiv of “turning away” from existing agreements, the TASS news agency reported on Thursday. TASS is a major Russian state news agency.
“I am one of four negotiators from the Russian side, however, it is very difficult to negotiate. The Ukrainian partners come to an agreement, and then come back,” TASS quoted negotiator Leonid Slutsky as saying. .
