No one needs one 8K TVs in 2022. The vast majority of us don’t even watch 4K resolution content all the time, unless you pay for upgraded streaming (and even then, worse bitrates compared to HD Blu-ray discs). Most of the high-quality 8K content online is just demo videos.
The reason you buy a TV like the Samsung QN900B — the company’s flagship 8K LED TV in 2022 — is Totally positive that your neighbors won’t have something nicer in their living room. After a few weeks when it’s set up in mine, I’m pretty sure you won’t find a better screen in your neighborhood, no matter how many golden gates and toilets there are.
You won’t be able to push the TV as hard as you can with the current available content, but that’s not really a problem. It is so overpowered that it doesn’t care what you feed it. The QN900B has stunning colors, excellent handling and a sleek look. If you’re tired of keeping up with the Joneses and want to be Indiana, this is the car to buy.
Stand high
The first thing I love about the QN900B is the center pedestal. I have begged many TV manufacturers to use this designand I’m glad to see Samsung using it here. The bezel around the TV is slim and the overall design feels solid and easy to mount.

A small One Connect box sits on the back of the mount and supplies the TV with power and an HDMI signal, but lets you mount the TV flat on the wall without having to run a lot of annoying cables—a great touch. You also get Samsung’s slim solar-powered remote control, so you’ll never need to rummage through a drawer for AAA batteries.
The TVs have perforated edges around the outside, presumably to let heat out, and they give it a very professional feel that distinguishes it from more affordable models — something a buyer of this TV might want, given all of that. all the money spent.
The main reason to buy a TV with this many pixels is the processing. 8K TVs can upscale and edit any pictures you bring them to almost window-like clarity. There have been many times when watching this quantum dot-enabled mini-LED TV, I felt as if I could literally poke my head into the screen and into the distant scene.
Various neural processors and advanced display technology come together inside the QN900B, the TV delivers superb color accuracy, amazing highlights, and incredibly smooth action when watching sports. .

I watched my familiar Formula One race weekend with friends about this, and the group commented on how gorgeous the red and silver Mercedes Ferrari looked as it flew across Belgium. Sports with green fields also look great, with processing based on what you’re watching and allowing crystal clear actions to be performed.
