If you’re worried about these habits and find it hard to resist the temptation, celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar has some tips to help you get rid of them. She shared a three-step recipe on Instagram to help her followers eliminate these high-calorie foods.
While people who are trying to cut calories from their diet are more likely to face the dilemma when they see cookies and cakes. The dietitian has said that her recipes can help them know exactly if they really feel like eating those foods or just a habit of cravings.
So what exactly do you need to do? Rujuta says:
— A glass of water
– eat fresh fruit
– delay your decision by 15 minutes
It’s likely that cravings will go away and you’ll find that you can go without high-calorie foods for a longer period of time. It’s a fun way to exercise our bodies and minds, but results can vary.
