If you’re Arroyo, it makes sense for him to bow out of the fight because the two cuts Martinez made with his accidental headbutt put him in an impossible situation.
Hearn didn’t like Arroyo telling the ring doctor how he couldn’t see his right eye, but in truth, he couldn’t see the blood seeping into his eye when.
WBC interim flyweight champion Arroyo (21-4, 16 KOs) knocked out WBC champion Martinez (18-1, 14 KOs) in the first round, but he was sore later in the same round. .

It wouldn’t have mattered if Martinez hadn’t twice ducked his head and charged at Arroyo like a bull because that was the cause of the cuts. Martinez lunges forward and headbutts Arroyo, possibly by accident.
If Hearn wants to upset anyone, he should look at his own warrior Martinez because he was the one who caused the two cuts. Without the repeated accidental head-to-head collisions initiated by Martinez, there would be no end-of-fight crosses.
Sunny Edwards could be the next for Martinez

It would be better for Hearn to fight Martinez against WBA champion Artem Dalakian or WBO champion Junto Nakatani than IBF lightweight belt holder Sunny Edwards.
