The future of the relationship between Mamata Banerjee and political strategist Prashant Kishor – the partnership that won against the BJP from West Bengal last year – could be laid out at a meeting convened by the Minister on Wednesday. Seven.

In recent weeks, speculations have swirled about the growing distance between Mamata Banerjee and Prashant Kishor with Bengali daily Anandabazar Patrika reporting on a brief SMS exchange between the two.
According to the newspaper, Mr Kishor sent a text message to Mamata Banerjee saying he did not want to work for Trinamool in Bengal, Meghalaya and Odisha and the minister replied ‘thank you’.
