MULLIKIN (c, 4, Violence–Tulira Star {GSP}, by Congratulations) crossed his maiden by 10 1/4 lengths to third at Churchill Downs last May, being runner-up to GSW Ryvit (Competitive Edge) in the contest Maxfield S. at Ellis Park in July and finished his year with a 4th place on the same surface later that month. Having been dropped since then, dark bay returns as second choice at 2-1 here. Mullikin quickly accelerated on the backstretch and continued into the far spin.
